Beauty | The Lipstick Tag

Hello all! One thing I love reading on people's blogs is a lipstick-related post. So, after impulse-buying four lipsticks last week (they were on offer, okay?), I decided it was time for another lipstick post here on Life In Florals. So without further ado, I give you The Lipstick Tag!

1. How many lipsticks do you own?
32 lipsticks - and two glosses and two tinted balms!

2. What was your first ever lipstick?
Rimmel Kate Lasting Finish Lipstick in Shade 08.

3. What is your most worn lipstick?

Revlon Colourburst Matte Balm in Elusive, closely followed by Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Blushing Mauve.

4. What is your favourite brand for lipstick?

As you may have gathered from my answer to the previous question, Revlon!

5. What is your favourite finish?
I do love matte finishes but generally I prefer something with a bit more moisture. So, I'm generally more inclined to go for a 'creamy' lipstick.

6. What was the last lip product you bought?

I fell for the 3 for 2 on make-up at Boot's when I went shopping last Monday and bought myself Rimmel London's Only 1 Lipstick in It's A Keeper, and Revlon's Ultra HD Lipstick in Poppy and Petunia.

7. Pink, red, coral, plum or nude?
Even though I love and own a decent variety of all of these colours, pink would have to be a favourite. It's versatile, but a little more stand-out than nude, whilst being subtler than red.

8. What lipstick do you use to rock a red lip?
Although it's not a particularly bold red, my go-to is the No.7 Match Made Moisture Drench Lipstick in Sweet Chestnut, as through the match-made service it suits me perfectly, as well as being very moisturising and pleasant to wear.

9. How do you store your lipsticks?
This adorable mini suitcase I got from a Sass & Belle outlet store near Covent Garden!

10. What lip products are you currently lusting after?
More Revlon lipsticks - I love them! I could also do with some more tinted balms.

Have you tried any of the lipsticks mentioned in this post? Have you done the lipstick tag? I'd love to see comments and links!
