A Collection of Hauls

Hello all! If you read my recent Travel Diary, you'll have seen my promise of an Exeter haul post. I decided to expand this and add some more purchases, both from elsewhere in Devon and from my home-city of Leicester. Hope you enjoy!

Hamm Mini Soft Toy - £7.95
Before going on holiday last week, I popped into my local Disney store and just so happened to find Hamm from Toy Story there. As a big fan of Disney and of Toy Story, I snapped him straight up in fear of him disappearing forever. I especially love the attention to detail in that he has a slot on his back and a stopper in his belly.

Warthog Plush
When visiting Paignton Zoo* on holiday, I couldn't resist this lovely guy from a company called Wild Republic who "work with many foundations to provide housing and education for disadvantaged children, as well as protection for abandoned animals throughout the world". I was glad to see the proceeds from my purchase were going somewhere beneficial and, in true Disney-loving style, I have named my warthog Pumbaa.
*DISCLAIMER: After thorough research, I found Paignton Zoo’s top priorities to be with animal welfare and conservation. I would not visit a zoo that I didn't consider to have its animals’ best interests at heart.

Aladdin Tsum Tsums
Clinton's Tsum Tsums
After my holiday, I bought myself Aladdin and Jasmine from this month's Limited Edition Aladdin Tsum Tsum Collection at The Disney Store. I then discovered Clinton's have introduced the Toy Story and Alice In Wonderland collections for a limited time. I bought myself a Bullseye and Alien, and received Hamm as a small gift from my mum for my A-Level results.

Holidaying near lots of British seaside towns, you can find plenty of independent stores. From a gift shop called Bastins in Dawlish I picked up two scented wax melts by a brand called Heart & Home - one in Strawberry Ice Cream and one in Lavender & Sage, both at £1.25 each.
From Bella's Emporium in Teignmouth I picked up a little wooden heart for £2, as a simple way to jazz up a door handle somewhere in my room when I start university this Autumn.

Boot's always have great offers on and I couldn't resist making the most of them. I bought a strength restorer hair serum from Garnier's Ultimate Blends range for £4.99 and a Garnier Micellar Water Travel Mini which, on offer at £1 was too good to miss.
As mentioned in a previous post, I love The Natural Collection lipsticks. With an offer for 300 bonus Advantage Card points when spending £5 or more on the brand, I decided to expand my collection. I went for the Moisture Shine Lipstick in Pink Orchid (left) and Rose Bud (right), as well as a Juicy Lips Gloss in Caramel Shortcake. I'm generally not a fan of glosses but I decided for the price I'd give it a chance. These products cost £1.99 each, putting my total to £5.97 and getting me 320 points.

Hitting the very end of the mid-Summer sales, you can find so much that's been reduced, then reduced again, in price. Here's a look at what I managed to pick up, including the prices before and after the sale.

Containing a semi-precious stone and a lot of tassels, beads and detail, I wasn't really expecting such a huge reduction on the price. I think I bagged myself a rather pretty bargain!

Total Saving: £8.40 (70% off)

I've had my eye on this dress for a while, with it being similar in shape to my Scarf Print Sundress that I bought earlier on in the sale, in this haul. With a gorgeous shade of green and a thicker material than its counterpart, this is perfect for cooler days whilst still retaining the charm that we all love in a Summer dress.
Original Price: £38 / Sale Price: £15 / With Student Discount: £13.50
Total Saving: £24.50 (64.5% off)

Catching my eye through their fun prints, I picked up these two pair of shorts in this year's Topshop sales.

Miss Selfridge:

Miss Selfridge is a favourite place of mine to head for 'kimonos', such as the one I wear on Day 3 of this lookbook. I love the fun, tropical prints of them and that they're made from materials that add an extra layer of warmth without being too warm.
Original Price: £39 / Sale Price: £10 / With Student Discount: £9

Jack Wills:

I intend to pair this classic-looking navy and red dress with a tan pair of brogues, whilst using hair, makeup and accessories to make the outfit either smart, dressy or smart casual.
Original Price: £79.50 / Sale Price: £22
Total Saving: £57.50 (72.3% off)

Original Price: £49.50 / Sale Price: £24

In Exeter, (and Bristol) there is a store called Sobey's which sells vintage and reworked clothing. It's a great store on Gandy Street and after much browsing and deliberation, here's what I finally left with.

After wanting a pair of vintage Levi shorts for aaaaaages. I finally found this gorgeous acid wash grey pair that fit like a dream!

Another thing I've been lusting after for a while are dungarees. Sobey's has a brilliant range of vintage dungarees and after much hunting I found the perfect pair!

Lastly, I picked up this safari-print shirt. The print is different from my normal high street patterns and I can see it looking great with my other vintage goodies!

Thank you all for reading, and sorry for such a long post! What were your favourite items from my hauls? Are there any clothes you'd like to see an outfit post on? Please let me know in the comments below!
